Anderson's project studied coastal retreat in the Arctic.

The National Oceanographic Partnership Program (NOPP) presented a poster at the Coastal Society’s 22nd International Conference on Shifting Shorelines: Adapting to the Future in Wilmington, NC on June 15, 2010. The poster highlighted the benefits of collaborative research in two NOPP Projects funded in FY 2007 and was titled, Understanding the Implications of an Ice-diminished Arctic through Collaborative Partnerships. The poster reception was an opportunity to highlight how NOPP facilitates cutting edge science in ocean sciences in addition to intersector and interagency partnerships. For more information on the NOPP poster, please visit http://www.nopp.org/2010/nopp-to-present-poster-at-coastal-society-conference/.

NOPP is pleased to announce the launch of its new website, www.nopp.org! The new website features a completely new design and a refreshed approach to sharing NOPP news and information with the scientific community and broader audience. The site is much more interactive and will offer enhanced capabilities, such as online forums. The NOPP Office staff invites you to explore the new site and write us at noppo@oceanleadership.org to let us know what you think.
