Two New ORAP Reports

The ORAP chairs (Bob Weller, Steve Ramberg, and Mike Bruno) have approved and forwarded two new reports to the National Ocean Council. “Leveraging Ocean Education Opportunities” and “Implementing Ecosystem-Based Management” are available here and here.
